Shipping Policy
Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or Spanish national holidays.
Shipping Estimates & Zones
Because we work with international suppliers to bring you the best specialized Teckel products, shipping times may vary.
- Spain (Peninsula): 7–15 business days.
- Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla: 7–15 business days.
- Rest of Europe (EU): 10–18 business days.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times. While 90% of our orders arrive within these windows, external factors (customs, local postal delays) can occasionally extend these periods.

Tracking Your Teckel Treasures
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly on our website under the "Track My Order" section. Tracking information usually becomes active 48–72 hours after the order is processed.
Customs, Duties, and VAT (2026 EU Rules)
We prioritize transparency to ensure no "surprise fees" for our customers:
- Orders under €150: We use the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) system. This means the 21% Spanish VAT is collected at checkout. You will not have to pay additional VAT or handling fees upon delivery.
- Orders over €150: These may be subject to import duties and VAT at the border. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Handling Fees: Since March 2026, certain EU regions may apply a small simplified customs fee. We aim to cover these within our shipping price, but should one occur, please contact our support.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your product arrives damaged or is lost in transit (confirmed by tracking), we will send a replacement at no extra cost. Please report any damages within 48 hours of delivery by sending a photo of the item and packaging to goteckels@gmail.com.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your address! We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
